Tracie Chauvin is a dedicated leader in education and social work, bringing a wealth of expertise to school systems striving for resilience and transformation. She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Missouri – Kansas City, along with a Building Level Leadership certificate from Fort Hays State University and a District Level Leadership certificate from Wichita State University. As a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker and a certified Building and District Administrator through the Kansas Department of Education, Tracie bridges the gap between social-emotional well-being and effective school leadership.

At True Resilience Consulting, LLC, Tracie is committed to helping schools cultivate resilient, trauma-informed environments that empower students, educators, and families. Through professional learning, workshops, conferences, and consultations, she equips school communities with the tools and strategies needed to drive meaningful change.

With firsthand experience as both a school social worker and district administrator, Tracie understands the challenges educators face. Her passion lies in supporting schools as agents of change, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to create safe, inclusive, and thriving learning environments.
