Tracie Chauvin, LSCSW

Tracie Chauvin, MSW, LSCSW has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Missouri – Kansas City, a Building Level Leadership certificate from Fort Hays State University, and a District Level Leadership certificate from Wichita State University. In addition to being licensed as a Specialist Clinical Social Worker, Tracie is also licensed through the Kansas Department of Education as a Building and District Administrator.

Tracie is here to help you create true resilience within your community by providing the resources and tools you need to build resilience with the students, staff and families at your school through a trauma-informed schools framework of support.

As a school social worker and district administrator, Tracie discovered that her purpose is to support those passionate about transforming schools to lever them as agents of change within the community. As a result, True Resilience Consulting, LLC was created to provide transformative solutions for creating school systems that support student, family, and staff needs through professional learning, conferences, workshops and consultations.
